GETTING STARTED

To set up your first appointment you can either call the studio 770-714-4439 or e-mail susan@movementpilatesga.com. Let me know if you prefer morning or evening hours. I can usually respond quicker through e-mail. Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first appointment so you can fill out some paper work and get a tour of the studio.

What to Wear

In Pilates we like to see your alignment to address any issues you may be having. With that said always wear clothing that you are comfortable in. You can choose to use or not use socks. Grip socks that you can get at Target or purchase off Amazon are recommended. You may want to bring a bottle of water with you.

Reap the Benefits

There are many proven benefits of Pilates! We truly believe Pilates can and will change your body and mind. To reap the full benefits of what Pilates has to offer we recommend 2-3 sessions a week. These can be private sessions or group and mat classes.
